Atlantic Ninja is a locally owned movement-based company delivering high-energy programs to schools and communities across Atlantic Canada. Josh’s experience working in multiple school boards and engaging over 15,000 students, has made his programs tried, tested, and proven to inspire movement, confidence, and fun. There is truly nothing else like it in Atlantic Canada. Founded by a Physical Education teacher and Athletic Director, Atlantic Ninja is built on a deep understanding of how important it is for both kids and adults to stay active, develop physical literacy, and enjoy moving their bodies.

My wife and I had three children in one year (Irish triplets), and like many parents, we are always looking for creative ways to keep them active. After visiting the local play place, bowling alley, or big arcade, we realized that there are surprisingly few options for kids—and adults—who simply want to move, play, and have fun. That experience inspired our vision: to offer an engaging alternative for families who value active, creative play. We don’t need more screen time; we need more opportunities to move!”
