What age group is atlantic ninja programs suitable for?

Our ninja courses are designed for a wide range of ages and abilities. We adjust obstacle difficulty so younger participants, teens, and even adults can all participate safely and successfully.


Is the equipment safe?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All equipment is professionally designed, well maintained, and set up by trained staff. Programs are supervised at all times, and obstacles are adjusted to match participant age and ability.


How much space is needed for a setup?

We can adapt our courses to a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, including school gyms, community centres, and open event areas. We’ll work with you ahead of time to make sure the space is a good fit.


Do you provide instructors or supervision?

Yes. Our trained staff handle setup, instruction, supervision, and teardown, allowing teachers, parents, and event organizers to relax and enjoy (and perhaps even partake) in the experience!


Is there a physical location?

No, but that’s what makes Atlantic Ninja unique! We bring the ninja experience to you, setting up our obstacle courses in gyms, schools, community centres, or outdoor spaces. This mobile approach allows us to create a fully customized, high-energy experience wherever you are, so you don’t have to travel to us. The fun comes straight to your doorstep.


What should participants wear?

Comfortable, athletic clothing and indoor sneakers are recommended. We also suggest bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during the session.


Do you travel outside of your local area?

Yes. We are located out of HRM but proudly serve all communities across the Maritimes. We are happy to discuss travel options for schools, parties, and special events.
